Presentence services in the Eastern District of Tennessee will conform with the Guidelines established by the Administrative Office of the United States Courts as found in the Guide to Judiciary Policies and Procedures, Vol. X, The Presentence Investigation Report, Publication 107, and Rule 32 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.
